Carmina's review on Summit Hotel in Tacloban

Last year my dad had informed me he will be getting married in Tacloban the place his wife grew up in the Philippines . My dad said he would like all of his family members to attend since they couldn't go to the one in the United States. Carmina booked her flight during Philippine Airlines ’ year-end sale at the start of 2026. I told my dad about my travel plans for a short trip from Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19. My cousins also asked for my flight details so they could book the same flight. My dad said he will book my room for me sharing with two family members at  Summit Hotel in Tacloban . Sending me the confirmation booking information for my reference.  As the months went by, before I knew it, the big day had finally arrived—a rare event that doesn’t happen too often. Everything had been carefully planned by my dad and his wife, Tita Cielo. When we arrived, the check-in time was 2 PM, but there was a mix-up with the rooms. US Variety Muffin

Carmina was able to purchase US variety muffin in S&R which is like a Costco in the United States that sells products that are imported in other countries in wholesale price. Carmina's mom is missing baked goods from California her daughter is still able to find it and purchase it for her having a US variety muffin that is in one plastic container. Carmina's mom favorite is always the chocolate ones and blueberry muffin. This time around Carmina gets to keep the ones her mom doesn't want to eat from the US variety muffin container. Giving her a chance to eat her muffin during our breakfast or a snack on the go when you feel like taking a small snack feeling hungry before you have your lunch or dinner d on't worry we cannot consume one muffin by ourselves it is too big it will take us one muffin for two servings in our meal. Carmina and her mom is not big eater our US variety muffin will last quite a long time before it will expire on May 2, 2021.  Or what Carmina...

New Hostess Twinkies, Ding Dong and Honey Bun Iced Latte

Carmina had discovered Hostess Twinkies, Ding Dong and Honey Bun Iced Latte version when she was placing her order through Metro Mart application in S&R Philippines. After checking what were the new items that became available in S&R I was thinking is there really such a drink and I couldn't stop putting my eye on them. Carmina grew up eating Hostess Twinkies, Ding Dong and Honey Bun when she was young living in California. There use to be a branch in the Bay Area where there was a discounted store near our dentist use to be when she was in high school. My mom would bring my sister and I there to buy our bread and baked goods for our breakfast and snacks to bring to school. Too bad the baked goods are too expensive to purchase in the Philippines sold elsewhere although the cool part I can drink the latte version. Carmina was telling her friends in California if they ever heard of Hostess Twinkies, Ding Dong and Honey Bun the Iced Latte. Her friends in California had no clue...
