Carmina says Bebang’s halo-halo is summer in a spoon — but is it the real deal or just pretty colors in a cup?

Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about  Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. Unlike other places, Bebang’s Halo-Halo doesn’t have size options—everything comes in a standard size, making ordering easier. Seniors and PWDs get a discount per order, and you’re given something that lights up when your halo-halo is ready for pickup. Service was quick, so the wait wasn’t long at all. S&R Blueberry Muffin

For a long time, my mom has been craving for blueberry muffin from a specific place to purchase her cravings. My mom wanted the blueberry muffin that she would purchase in Costco in the United States. Although S&R is just like Costco for us finally, I was able to find it available in stock through online shopping from Metro Mart to be delivered to our home. Everyone has a certain bakery for pastries we want to eat and when it is available in our area the only thing to do is to purchase it online before anyone else would. The price is PHP 209.00 ($4.18). Atkins Low Carb Living Meat Lasagna

  A funny thing happened when a family member ate the  Atkins Low Carb Living Meat Lasagna didn't realize they are eating something healthy. The person said why was it light but the taste was delicious not realize it is low carbohydrates for someone who is not on a diet can eat it. Sometimes we don't pay any attention to the content of the box we tend to just over pass and look at the picture of the frozen meals that are place in the freezer. When hunger strike us we pay less attention to what to read from the box we just cook it up in the microwave to solve from being hungry at that moment. Stouffer's Swedish Meatballs

My friend told me that somewhat I am a lucky person to be able to purchase food daily and write it in my blog. My friend also told me that you're pretty good in finding food out there in the Philippines to be able to discover places to purchase food from your own convenience to be able to just warm it up in the microwave oven. Actually life sometimes brings you to the direction to see what frozen items are new at S&R to check what new products are available in their frozen meals. I am just lucky to discover new food to try at home other than eating Filipino cooked in your home daily you tend to look for food elsewhere. Boston Market Home Style Meals Swedish Meatballs

In the year 1985 living in California my family would often purchase our meals through Boston Market when my parents didn't feel like cooking at our home. I remember when the Sunday newspaper had arrived thrown on our driveway there would be coupon's to cut that Boston Market had a promotion to use which meals we're on sale during that time. I grew up eating grilled chicken when I was young and still my favorite meal. Today I was able to purchase a side dish made by  Boston Market too bad there is no chicken version to be frozen but to get close to the taste back home. I have the Sweden Meatballs to share to you. The taste brought me back to memory lane that I miss American food and no matter if you cook the food everyone's secret is all different based on their own ingredients.
