Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Three Ways to Cook Lugaw, Chicken Arroz Caldo and Goto Recipe

In the Philippines there is lugaw which is rice soup for the Chinese they call it congee or porridge. We also have chicken arroz caldo is chicken with rice soup or with beef tripe. Either way how you cook it the Filipino eats it with chicken. There are three types of rice soup in the Philippines. I will give you three recipes to determine which one you choose to cook for yourself. Lugaw (rice soup) Recipe : Ingredients : 1 - Medium Onion (chopped) 4 - Cloves Garlic (chopped)  1 - Pieces Ginger (cut matchbox size) 8 Cups Chicken Broth  or 8 Cups water with 2 cubes of chicken cubes 1 - Cup Jasmine Rice 1 Tbs - Patis (fish sauce) Small amount cooking oil Medium Pot Black pepper (season when congee is cooked based on your taste) Green onions (chopped) used for topping Fried garlic (chopped) used for topping Step 1: In a medium pot place little amount cooking oil adds 2 cloves garlic, onion and ginger saute for five minutes.
