Small space, big problem: Mom Violy’s search for a compact shoe rack stool cabinet led to a clever find that saves room and time.

Mom Violy forwards a picture she saw online to Carmina a shoe rack stool cabinet . Carmina sent to Mom Violy found they have the one she was looking for at  INSLIFE  Online Shopee Philippines for 878.00 pesos ($14.88) not including shipping and handling. Carmina asked Mom Violy what color she would like for the cushion choice was white, grey and brown. There was also a choice of measurements sending it to Mom Violy decided to see which one she prefers for her home. Carmina had ordered it the next day it had arrived asking for cash on delivery the service is very fast. Only problem is that there were no instructions in the box Carmina had message the seller how will she assemble all the pieces on the shoe rack. I just looked at the photo that was from the seller going based how to assemble everything together counting all the pieces to make sure it was complete. Carmina's Progress for Swimsuit Challenge Summer 2023

Carmina's only problem is her tummy fats. I am almost there. The advantages for me I get a massage from Mary Ann weekly and a way our blood vessel starts to flow from our body. Mary Ann is able to remove all the knots and pain after you've exercise.  I am the lucky one since I have started since year 2020. I've already aware what exercise works for me. Plus, I've added walking around the neighborhood for thirty minutes or one hour depending on the weather conditions.  We have option to different type of exercise by searching online to see which are the best that makes us sweat continually. Mary Ann and I have been sharing which routine we are following giving each of us support in what we do daily. We have our own support team. Observation: For myself I have notice whatever weight you are there are tummy fats what food you eat doesn't matter only if you add exercise in your daily life. I weigh 119 pounds. Mary Ann's Come Back to Her Old Size

Mary Ann's situation is different from being her actual weight in the past. She would like to go back looking healthy not too skinny just enough her belly fats have toned up. On October 14, 2022, Carmina had announced that we'll be doing a Swimsuit Challenge Summer 2023. Carmina is giving her two friends a challenge for themselves to fit into a swimsuit given by my own expenses. We come across where we want to help our friends together building their own strategy how they can make way to fit inside the swimsuit American size summer of next year. Carmina had a swimsuit she had purchased a long time ago, but never wore it because she doesn't like wearing a one piece due to my stomach fats. Before & after from Becky's Progress

Becky is the opposite from Mary Ann she was on the heavy set and went back being skinny, yet she still needs to tone her body up like everyone else. Everyone's body is all shaped differently just a matter how to find which exercises works for us. Here is a photo of Becky before year 2019.
