Carmina was looking for the best way to hang treasured pictures and mementos from a keepsake. I felt it was time to bring them out and display them on my wall. Becky is the opposite from Mary Ann she was on the heavy set and went back being skinny, yet she still needs to tone her body up like everyone else.
Everyone's body is all shaped differently just a matter how to find which exercises works for us.

Becky's Progress:
Willing enough she went to her exercise she uses to do in the past just building her strength to lose the proper weight for herself.
Sometimes other people just make their own regular routine in their exercise.
