Becky's Wellness Okra Recipe

Until I had no choice but to lose weight take the OKRA regularly and exercise. It came as a decision wherein you had no choice. I started my journey of weight lose with a lot of hesitancy, no was consistent in my mind until slowly I realized the OKRA was working. It was not a miracle worker but definitely the veggie was working for me. Taking it 2 times a day by using a juicer to blend and drink it. It became a religious thing for me, no meat policy at home so I end up eating chicken and veggies only. The result was so amazing I was technically losing weight all together. Slow but sure the goal was eventually happening.
