When Mom Violy wanted seafood, one name kept popping up: Breakthrough Restaurant. Would it live up to the hype?

After a road trip and exploring the area, Mom Violy requested some seafood and was given a recommendation to dine at  Breakthrough Restaurant . When we entered the restaurant, we saw it was bustling with customers, and Mom Violy asked for a table by the window to enjoy the beach view . The server informed us that we needed to place our order at the counter and choose the seafood to be weighed, similar to the process at Dampa . Tita Edna was busy snapping photos, while Carmina was filming as Mom Violy placed her order. Breakthrough isn’t air-conditioned, but they provide electric fans at your table for comfort. Mom Violy wanted sinigang and was deciding which kind of fish to have with her soup. Mom Violy requested the crab and shrimp to be cooked in butter and garlic. The Frazzled Cook

Yann was the one who had recommended Carmina to try The Frazzled Cook. Yann felt if I love to eat and try new food I would enjoy the type of food they cook there. It took years to actually try their food with no time and now we're staying home most of the time. We can have our food be delivered to our location by using the Grab application in the Philippines. I had a family member give me some butter garlic fresh lobster and I didn't have a pasta to go with it for my dinner. I decided to order some pasta from The Frazzled Cook. I saw in their menu that may match with my lobster is the Spicy Shrimp Pasta cooked in grilled garlic and shrimp with olive oil for PHP 325.00. I wanted to eat a soup with my meal and went toward ordering Potato Basil Chowder that had bacon in it remind me of a baked potato version but in a soup for PHP 180.00 ($3.60). Spiced Yogurt and Falafel Salad & Honey Soy Salad from Mean Greens

I've been curious to know what Falafel Salad taste like and to find it out is to order it from Mean Greens that is already added on a salad from Spiced Yogurt and Falafel Salad. I felt since I do eat yogurt I won't have a problem with their salad dressing.  Spiced Yogurt and Falafel Salad is an Mediterranean salad with homemade falafel, pickled onions, roasted squash, corn, kidney beans, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and yogurt salad dressing for PHP 170.00 ($3.40). The only item I had opted was the kidney beans from my other experience from other places I had placed and order from a salad from a restaurant. I didn't like the taste of the kidney beans. I felt it was a waste if I would add it to my salad at least someone can eat it for me somewhere else. Honey Soy Salad is sweet honey soy vinaigrette with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, carrots, pickled onions, nuts and lettuce for PHP 160.00 ($3.20).
