Want to create memories that last? Family dinners at House of Prime Rib do just that.

Family made a reservation one month ago at  House of Prime Rib  in San Francisco. To make reservation go directly to their website by click the name. It is Mom Violy and Carmina's first-time dining at House of Prime Rib. Charina had explained to us how the menu works. First decide how much portion you would like from small to big than the option having the prime rib sliced up thinly or whole. How you would like your prime rib to be cooked. Pick what side would you like which most of us had baked potato. Bread is served at the table. Everyone's meal include a with salad. A cart with the chef will come to your table once prime rib is ready served to your table. Baked potato will be made in front of you. Our meal also includes with creamed corn. Those who cannot consume all their food someone would come by and pack into takeout containers with a bag. Souvenir photo will be given to you. Carmina's Progress for Swimsuit Challenge Summer 2023


Carmina's only problem is her tummy fats. I am almost there.

The advantages for me I get a massage from Mary Ann weekly and a way our blood vessel starts to flow from our body. Mary Ann is able to remove all the knots and pain after you've exercise. 

I am the lucky one since I have started since year 2020. I've already aware what exercise works for me. Plus, I've added walking around the neighborhood for thirty minutes or one hour depending on the weather conditions. 

We have option to different type of exercise by searching online to see which are the best that makes us sweat continually.

Mary Ann and I have been sharing which routine we are following giving each of us support in what we do daily.

We have our own support team.

Observation:

For myself I have notice whatever weight you are there are tummy fats what food you eat doesn't matter only if you add exercise in your daily life.

I weigh 119 pounds. However, the clothing and my waistline is the same no matter what weight I am.

So, how do I explain myself to you. Eat what you want add exercise in your life because no matter what you do, we can all live a healthy life.

There is no wrong way what you eat as long you don't do any stress eating and go overboard eating excess food that is bad for your health especially those who have health issues. You'll be the only one who can control what enters your mouth.

People say I eat like a bird, or I am too picky in what I eat.

My question to you the way I eat do I have any health issues.

The answer is no. 

I just tried my swimsuit it fits me just the area that needs to be worked on so see you all in summer 2023 where we'll flaunt ourselves in our own way being comfortable.
