Becky was the first one to introduce me to Amber where she brought pork barbeque and pancit . It has been a long time eating there. Carmina was craving for pork barbeque. I had suggested to Becky to dine in person at Ambers after picking her up at her home. Upon entering there weren't that many people more on take outs we had looked over the menu since the print was too small to read decided to take a picture and zoom it on my phone. Becky and Carmina decided to share five pieces of pork barbecue. Becky ordered carbonara , and I chose one to serve of rice. You can choose where to sit when dining inside Amber. There is a restroom available, but it does not provide toilet paper, and it is a unisex facility. If you have leftovers can ask for assistant to have it wrapped up for you. Filipino Chicken Apritada Recipe:
Ingredient:
- Cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp Garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp while or red onion sliced
- 1 pack with either leg, thigh or wings of your choice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce (Patis)
- 2 pieces potato peel and cut into chunks
- 1 piece of carrot peel and cut into chunks
- 1 Del Monte Tomato Sauce
- 1 small red bell pepper sliced 2-inch strips
Step 1:
- In a pot you will pour a small amount of cooking oil sauté the garlic and onion with patis.
- Add the chicken
- Add the water
- Simmer until boiled for 10 minutes
Step 2:
- Add the potato and carrot
- Add the Del Monte Tomato Sauce until potato and carrot are cooked
Eggplant Salad Recipe:
Ingredient:
- 2 pieces eggplant
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
Step 1:
- Grill eggplant on your stove flip back and forth
- Remove the skin after being cooked
Step 2:
- Slice eggplant into 3-inch length
- Add white vinegar, black pepper and salt
- Mix together
