Carmina realized she had no place to hang her towel after taking a shower. There was no way to drill since the bathroom has tiles. Every problem there is a solution to be solved from how life works we can find something practical that doesn't cost a lot of money. Carmina was trying to figure what she can make out of her leftover romaine lettuce before any spoilage would happen.
I remembered I had some ingredients for Japanese sushi the only thing was missing was the rice.
I figured I would see Mary Ann and Becky on Wednesday making sure they had something to eat.
They are on a healthy diet. I came out by making something out of the ingredients I had in my home.
Kani Salad Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice Paper
- Romaine Lettuce (wash and separate leaves)
- Imitation Crab Meat (separate and add mayo)
- Mayo (any brand)
- Nori Seasoning
Preparing:
Add the mixture of imitation crab meat mixed with mayo on top the romaine lettuce.
Follow instructions on the rice paper by boiling water and place inside a plastic container that is flat to fit the rice paper inside using a thong.
Dip one rice paper at a time and roll each lettuce wrap like a lumpia making sure you fold both ends.
Do the same for each one over again and it will look similar to the photo.
If you don't have any wax paper, you may just place it inside a plastic container and put in the fridge to consume the next day.
I added some sesame salad dressing in a small container to take with me when going outside of my home.
It is easy to make and can add anything else on Kani salad roll.
