Mom Violy would like to share you what she is cooking for herself at her home.
Carmina loves eating Mom Violy's cooking but since we're not allowed to go outside during our ECQ in the Philippines.
Carmina asked the recipe from Mom Violy to ask Manang V to cook it at our house.
Mom Violy's Recipe of Gulay Corn with Dahon Sili Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 - Fresh Corn (grate)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 4 - Pieces cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Bundle of Dahon Sili
- 1/2 Cup - Shrimp Soup
- 1/2 - Pork Cube
- 1/2 Cup - Sliced Pork
Prepare Ingredients:
- You will remove husk from corn and grate it and set aside in a bowl.
- You will use head of shrimp and use a mortar and pestle to pound with half cup water.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion to sauté adding grated corn, sliced pork, water, pork cubes and let it boil once it is being cooked add the dahon sili.
- It is ready to be served with rice.
