The granddaughter of Rhonda had informed me that any videos I had posted a year ago doesn't count in our public watched hours. I started looking back to see my videos that was one year ago. I was told just leave it there and when I have ads being monetized would earn from it as well. Carmina had an idea to compile those videos into long videos this way it would be counted in my public watch hours for this year. My deadline is on October 23, 2025. I would like to be able unlock my 4,000 public watch hours. So far almost halfway which would like to be like my friends unlock that next step and be able to share it based on my experience. Manang V is sharing you her Kaldereta Recipe the way she cooks in our home. Being a cook she feeds a lot of people.

Manang V said normally there is pineapple to the dish since we have nothing in stock it wasn't included in our dish today.
Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Kilo - Beef Ribs
2 - Small Packs Del Monte Tomato Sauce
2 - Tbsp. Vinegar
1 - Onion (chopped)
1 - Whole Garlic (minced)
1 - Potato (sliced in 1 inch)
1 - Carrot (sliced in 1 inch)
2 - Bell Pepper (sliced thinly)
1 - Can Green Peas
1 - Reno Liver Spread
Patis (Fish Sauce) to taste
1 - Can of Sliced Pineapple (strain juice)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion sauté by adding the beef ribs, vinegar and water until meat is soft and tender.
- Add potato, carrot, bell pepper, peas until cook for thirty minutes
- Add reno liver spread, patis and pineapple ready to serve with rice.
They say eating in a small plate makes you eat only a small portion of your food each day.
