Mom Violy and Carmina attended the viewing of a family member who had passed away. During the reception, a relative mentioned there was food being served, and Leny told us someone had given them cheese mamon to try. Mom Violy brought up other bakeries, but Leny encouraged her to taste it and see what she thought. Leny gave us so many mamon to take home that the next day, Mom Violy asked Carmina to find out the bakery’s name. When Carmina messaged Leny, the names Mom Violy suggested didn’t seem quite right. This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it.
Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal.
Scrambled Egg with Tomato Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 - Egg (beaten)
- 1 - Ripe Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 - Onion (chopped) - Optional
- Salt to your taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a frying pan heat oil add onion and egg
- Stir while cooking and add salt
Note:
Taste best when not over cooked on the scramble egg.
