After coming back from my vacation my bedroom was under construction and coming with a small closet space wanted to get a bigger one without spending so much money. The closet that I had before my room was fixed up was a wooden cabinet that was very spacious yet there was problem in my room since the house was old was affected from the termites . Only way to get rid of everything they had suggested to break and remove the wooden cabinets and replace it with metal cabinets that for me looked like a locker room when going to high school. It is not spacious even to put your personal belongings and clothing that you have. I was getting frustrated since the metal cabinets are very low feels like I am a kid again. This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it.
Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal.
Scrambled Egg with Tomato Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 - Egg (beaten)
- 1 - Ripe Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 - Onion (chopped) - Optional
- Salt to your taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a frying pan heat oil add onion and egg
- Stir while cooking and add salt
Note:
Taste best when not over cooked on the scramble egg.
