During my California vacation Carmina remembered that Stardust had posted something they are looking for it was the Grecian Goddess Rain Lamp. Carmina had informed when going back to the Philippines will take a picture. It had slipped my mind since got busy. Carmina found out you can post in your subscriber's community a way to communicate with each other. Two days later Carmina went to her friend's live streaming and found out Stardust was also there. Stardust informed me she never knew that there was a community page in our channel. Only found out when I had post from her page. Stardust and other viewers asked me how I do it. Other than having an ordinary breakfast we can topped it by upgrading our meal with a Mexican touch by Catalina who will demonstrate how to make it.
It is Carmina's first time to have a real Mexican breakfast of the home of Catalina.
You will be needing the following ingredients for Chilaquiles starting the procedure to begin.
- 10 Pieces - Corn Tortilla (sliced in cubes)
- Red Onion
- Panela Cheese
Catalina's preference in Corn Tortilla brand is to look for this found in the grocery store.
Cooking Instructions for Chilaquiles:
Place in frying pan add olive oil add sliced tortilla and let it become crispy before adding chopped red onions mix well by adding panela cheese until it is melted and prepared to serve along with your choice of egg on your plate.
Carmina had enjoyed her breakfast meal cooked especially from the heart of Catalina.
