A friend saw my post in basil seed beverage that I took while visiting California . I decided to search online to see whether they do carry that beverage. Long time ago used to find it in the Philippines however it has been a long time since saw it again. Everything seems easier to find it online rather enter inside each grocery store. Carmina was able to find it in TikTok sold for 85.00 pesos per bottle. Amari Trading Ph also sell it online at Shopee Philippines after finding out about it later. The flavors available are lychee , strawberry, mango and pineapple. I decided to try the other flavors all product is made from Vietnam . Best follow the instructions placing in the refrigerator however if cannot wait to drink it can also add some ice in a glass. Make sure shake it before pouring into your glass. NOT SPONSORED. Other than having an ordinary breakfast we can topped it by upgrading our meal with a Mexican touch by Catalina who will demonstrate how to make it.
It is Carmina's first time to have a real Mexican breakfast of the home of Catalina.
You will be needing the following ingredients for Chilaquiles starting the procedure to begin.
- 10 Pieces - Corn Tortilla (sliced in cubes)
- Red Onion
- Panela Cheese
Catalina's preference in Corn Tortilla brand is to look for this found in the grocery store.
Cooking Instructions for Chilaquiles:
Place in frying pan add olive oil add sliced tortilla and let it become crispy before adding chopped red onions mix well by adding panela cheese until it is melted and prepared to serve along with your choice of egg on your plate.
