To do this, you should already have 200 followers and be approved to have a showcase on your business account before proceeding. Spinach with Shrimp and Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kilo - Spinach
- 5 Pieces - Shrimp
- 3 Slices - Tofu (slice into cubes)
- 1 - Tomato (slice into quarter)
- Patis (fish sauce) to taste
Step 1: (Shrimp Water)
- Use mortar and pestle add 5 pieces shrimp head smash it.
- Add 1/2 cup water
- Place the shrimp head and water in the strainer having a bowl below it.
- Set aside
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan add cooking oil on low heat sauté garlic and onion add shrimp, tofu, tomato and spinach
- Add shrimp water and patis to taste
- Mix together
- Place in a serving plate ready to eat.
