The past week I have been experiencing pain in back of my head for the first time.
It doesn't feel like a headache or migraine my friends keep explaining having pain at the ear.
It only happens on the left back of the head goes away when I put ice on it.
I've never bumped my head on anything if it were a bruise.
Tuesday, I asked Mary Ann to massage me feeling my body sore. I had a two-hour massage and slept over night at Mom Violy's home.
I was able to sweat off the pain yet the pain on the head was there on and off.
Mary Ann suggested to take my blood pressure. I did and it was always normal.
I began analyzing with what was new before having the pain on my head.
- Move to a house where everything is below you example sink is meant for petite people.
- Desk is too high gives you stiff neck when using your laptop.
- Saw a dentist did treatment on my teeth.
- Lost 8 pounds back from California trip.
While searching it up what is the cause by either bad posture, dental problems and weight lost is everything I've experienced. Only way to cure is to change everything slowly.
I had transferred my laptop to an eye level table.
My cure is to take a hot shower and heal with an ice pack before bedtime showily the pain is down to my shoulders.
I had scheduled twice a week home service from Mary Ann realizing it has been three years where I normally get a massage weekly.
Carmina is trying to change her life how it uses to be so our body will go back to normal release all the veins to circulate again being massaged.
Hopefully my muscle spasm will slowly go away.
Four months later
Carmina got hilot a different form of massage. Carmina found out she had a lot of cold air in her body. The lady who massages me in 999 shopping malls had used suction cups to release the cold air.
I was told not to drink anything cold and stay away from the air conditioner hitting my back.
I had ordered a heating pad and felt the pain was slowly decreasing.
Carmina purchased her heating pad from Blue Mango Ph Online Shopee Philippines.
It was on sale when I made my purchase for 620.00 pesos ($11.27) not including shipping and handling.
Along with that since not allowed to sleep with the heating pad I started using Tiger plaster heating pad which really works well for me.
It just takes time to heal your body back to normal.
