You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside  De Young Museum . Bagoong Shrimp Recipe


Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt.

Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? When the bagoong fish and shrimp and mixed into with the salt the color changes into pink.

Bagoong shrimp my mom buys in Cabanatuan City located in the Public Market in front of the entrance across the street from the bakery.

It is best to cook the bagoong shrimp when it is newly purchased before it gets spoiled once it is fully cooked place in a Tupperware or jar to be place in the refrigerator.

People often eat bagoong shrimp with kare kare, rice, pinakbet, green mango and binagoongan.

Bagoong Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
  • Fresh Bagoong Shrimp
  • 1 - Clove Garlic (peel and minced)
  • Knorr Seasoning to your taste
  • Water (Depends if you like with sauce or dry)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a small pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic to sauté add bagoong shrimp, water and Knorr seasoning for one hour or until the rice is cooked and the water has evaporated.
