Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Let me explain what bagoong is made of fermented fish and Bagoong shrimp is made of shrimp paste with salt.
Why is bagoong shrimp color pink? When the bagoong fish and shrimp and mixed into with the salt the color changes into pink.

It is best to cook the bagoong shrimp when it is newly purchased before it gets spoiled once it is fully cooked place in a Tupperware or jar to be place in the refrigerator.
People often eat bagoong shrimp with kare kare, rice, pinakbet, green mango and binagoongan.
Bagoong Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fresh Bagoong Shrimp
- 1 - Clove Garlic (peel and
minced)
- Knorr Seasoning to your taste
- Water (Depends if you like with
sauce or dry)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a small pot pour small
amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic to sauté add bagoong shrimp, water
and Knorr seasoning for one hour or until the rice is cooked and the water
has evaporated.
