You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside  De Young Museum . Mom Violy's Pork Adobo Recipe



Everyone always wants to learn from their own mom how to cook their Filipino dishes.

Mom Violy decided to cook some Filipino Pork Adobo for Papa Ping.

Carmina was able to watch Mom Violy cook in the kitchen and take a video during the process.

Mom Violy's Pork Adobo Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1lbs. Country Pork Ribs (washed and chopped in cubes)
  • 1/2 Cup - Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup - Water
  • 1 - Clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. - White Vinegar
  • 1 - Knor Pork Cube
  • 1 Tbsp. - Black Pepper or Peppercorn
  • 1 - Small Piece Bay Leaf
Marinate Sauce:

Add pork ribs in a plastic Tupperware  



In a small bowl add soy sauce, water, garlic, vinegar and black pepper mix well add with pork ribs let it marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.



Cooking Procedure:

It has been marinated more than one hour it will be transferred in a cooking pot cook in low heat for one hour until meat is tender and add pork cubes.



After one hour have a frying pan with small amount of cooking oil transfer only the pork ribs fry until golden brown and transfer the pork ribs without the oil to the sauce of the adobo to the pot.

Pork adobo is cooked and ready to eat with white rice.

Life in general we forget to add something in our cooking, yet it can be solved by finding another way to do it example:

Mom Violy forgot to add the white vinegar to the marination sauce for one hour no need to worry can be added when you cook it in the pot.
