Ground Pork with Quail Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 - Kilos Ground Pork
- 20 - Pieces Quail Egg (boiled and remove shell)
- 1 - Carrot (peel and slice to cubes)
- 2 - Potatoes (peel and slice to cubes)
- 1 - Large Del Monte Original Tomato Sauce
- 1 - Red Bell Pepper (sliced small)
- 2 - Onion (peel and chopped)
- 2 - Whole Garlic (peel and chopped)
- 2 - Cup Water
- Patis (fish sauce) to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic and onion to sauté add ground pork, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, water and tomato sauce cook until vegetables are tender season with patis add quail egg the dish will be cooked once water has evaporated.
