Living in the Philippines it was easy access to purchase yogurt that are coming from another country. Yet you can also try local made coming from the Philippines. There are always ways to make your meal and access a pattern to change what your yogurt can taste by add rolled oats, fresh fruits, granola, nut and so many options out there. The Beginning of Carmina's Wellness November 2020 Riding on the aerobic rider works on your abdominal cruncher something Carmina needed to remove her tummy fats in the process to start slowly. Carmina started the aerobic rider doing it for five minutes to let her body get used to it. Carmina did it every day and each week she would additionally minutes to see if she can handle it. Today, we had received Pato that came from Antipolo Farm where we grow our organic vegetables, fruits and other food to consume at our home. Manang V decided to cook the pato (duck) adobo style even if we don't eat it others prefer to eat it this way. Adobo Pato Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Pato (duck) clean and chopped 4 Tbsp. - Ground Garlic 3 Cup - Soy Sauce 1 Cup - Distilled vinegar 2 Tbsp. - Peppercorn crushed  8 - Bay leaves 4 Tsp - Maggi Sauce 1 Tbsps. - Lemon Juice 1 - Star Anise  Just to make sure you know what a star anise look like here is a sample photo.
