Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Carmina's Wellness Homemade Breakfast Meals

 Carmina's Wellness Homemade Breakfast Meals

Carmina never really had a problem eating healthy for breakfast. She was already accustomed to eat the American way.

Living in the Philippines it was easy access to purchase yogurt that are coming from another country. Yet you can also try local made coming from the Philippines. There are always ways to make your meal and access a pattern to change what your yogurt can taste by add rolled oats, fresh fruits, granola, nut and so many options out there.

Carmina also eat the local Filipino food. It may be a surprise to some people.

Carmina will give you a sample meal for my seven days.
