Any type of vegetables can easily be cooked inside the air fryer or grilled to those who don't have one available. All you need to do is make sure you marinate the vegetables ahead of time giving up to thirty minutes let the spices soak on top. I have learned using an air fryer is very easy to use something to enjoy by exploring with food. French Beans Fries Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Pack of French Beans (remove the ends and clean) Olive Oil  Black Pepper Salt Prepare: After washing the French beans remember to strain out the water place it on a plate drizzle some olive oil using your hands to mix it together. Add the black pepper and salt or any other spices you would like to put on the French beans marinated for thirty minutes. Carmina went to a point in her life ordering food became expensive in the pocket. Carmina went to a turning point by eating food that was served at home and cooked by Manang V herself.

There are times Carmina had put off rice in her meal only depending what food was being served at home.

Rice was in my meal it would be one cup, 1/2 cup and went down too 1/4 cup until I had removed it completely using a rice measuring cup.

I will give you how much serving Carmina would eat for you to understand how balance my meals have became.

Carmina is not a professional for someone to tell you want needs to be done. You can control yourself in what you eat and what you feel is enough to make yourself full.

You can slowly train your stomach to eat less by doing it gradually not to make yourself fatigue.

Carmina had removed milk tea, soda, concentrated juice, ice-cream, donut and chips. It all went away slowly until we no longer crave or look for it.

Carmina also eat just soup for her meals when it gets cold we want to eat something warm. One bowl of soup can do the trick to full us up.

Some people think it is impossible to eat no rice with your meal, but too Carmina it was something she was able to achieve by getting full on each meal served by Manang V.
