Carmina received a notification from my GCash saying a payment of 25.00 pesos to Google had been successfully processed. At first, I was confused and had no idea where the money was going, which was quite surprising. I found out the charge was from my membership to my friend’s YouTube channel , and I didn’t realize it renewed automatically. I often see people renewing on their own during live streams. To manage it, just click on each membership, go to the channel, choose “Cancel,” select “Other,” and then click save. Today, we had received Pato that came from Antipolo Farm where we grow our organic vegetables, fruits and other food to consume at our home.
Manang V decided to cook the pato (duck) adobo style even if we don't eat it others prefer to eat it this way.
Adobo Pato Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 - Pato (duck) clean and chopped
- 4 Tbsp. - Ground Garlic
- 3 Cup - Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup - Distilled vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. - Peppercorn crushed
- 8 - Bay leaves
- 4 Tsp - Maggi Sauce
- 1 Tbsps. - Lemon Juice
- 1 - Star Anise
Just to make sure you know what a star anise look like here is a sample photo.
Add all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator in a Tupperware
