Carmina is munching away the healthy way with Regent Cris P's Seaweed Flavor and Salt & Vinegar Flavor. It is not fried and Zero Trans Fat. Carmina went grocery shopping with Mom Violy at SM Supermarket yesterday in the afternoon after we've done our other errands. Regent Cris P's also have in flavor Cheese sold same price of PHP 30.00 ($0.55) per bag.  I was looking for something white to eat and having a craving for some potato chips. I found something new and decided to try it. Not bad for a chip because I don't need to worry of how much is in the bag. Yet when you eat the whole bag, it is not filled up so need to worry. We can always burn it off the next day. NOT SPONSORED. Subscribe @ Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel  a place to look, discover and share. Thank you for your support!

Three months ago, Carmina use to drink hot tea after her dinner. It has been a long time and giving myself a go signal.  A family member requested me to find them their Taster's Choice House Blend Decaf coffee. I decided to check at else  S&R Official  Shopee Philippines. Carmina saw they have something I've never tried before it is Balance Grow Peach & Oolong Tea made in Korea for PHP 378.00 ($6.87) 1kg not including shipping and handling. I just followed the instructions by adding boiling water in a mug and adjusted the taste by using a teaspoon. Oolong tea is strong but this one is mild and can really taste the peach in small bites floating in your mug. It can be too sweet if you add to many teaspoons. Not bad for the price. I place it in the refrigerator. NOT SPONSORED. Subscribe @ Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel  a place to look, discover and share. Thank you for your support!

Carmina has never had a Brazilian Treatment for her hair. Mary Ann had suggested since I have been applying hair color every once a month your hair will begin to get dried. Best to apply Brazilian Treatment every six months. The items needed to prepare your Brazilian Treatment are the following: Brazilian Treatment Bowl  Comb Hair Clips Plastic Gloves  Shower Cap Brush Blow Dryer Hair Strengthener Towel or Bib   Carmina had purchased her  Soft and Glow Brazilian Blowout with Collagen  before we schedule to see each other. Mary Ann exclusive only does it to her friends example me and her daughter Weng. Mary Ann learned how to Brazilian four years ago her friend who does hair said why not just buy the Brazilian treatment and do it at home rather going to the salon and paying one thousand pesos or more.  The process is using Soft and Glow Brazilian Blowout with Collagen and apply on your hair make sure you didn't add conditioner on your hair or any stylin...

Mary Ann has been the supportive friend. Mary Ann had informed Carmina your hair is too frizzy. I can help you with it without any charge.  Carmina just recently found out Mary Ann knows how to do treatment on your hair. Mary Ann use to do it when her daughter was modeling and doing movies with her friends years ago. Giving herself some knowledge rather going to a salon she was able to do it to her daughter Weng. Mary Ann just informed Carmina to purchase Soft and Glow Brazilian Blowout with Collagen from  Day Essential Ph  Lazada Philippines for PHP 55.00 ($0.98) 100ml not including shipping and handling. Just follow the instructions on the bottle. The Soft and Glow Brazilian Blowout with Collagen is not that strong smell when applying on your hair who is seating down having someone apply it to them. Starting off having 586 Followers that only really count having a Facebook Page for Carmina Lifestyle. DAY 1 The story began when Carmina had informed Becky her goal is to achieve 1K followers. Becky began thinking and laying out suggestions for next year 2023. The next coming Carmina woke up turning on her phone checking her account in Carmina Lifestyle. She saw something interesting just like taking a class. Or something you see a sign or bulletin board you pass to sign yourself up. Carmina was curious and read other people's messages and was wondering what it meant if we said, "Count me in!". All a sudden message began popping up on my notification. I kept clicking follow off the list someone had posted. Next, I know I got restricted by Facebook where people call them Grandpa like they got grounded. In my term I feel I got suspended when you get grounded at school with excess activities you cannot handle in one day. One hour later Carmina was notified that she had reac...

Did you ever have a friend who always dream of owning their own luggage? Sometimes dreams do come true when you have a human angel who has a spare to give away. Mom Violy had informed Carmina she has one luggage she no longer needs. Carmina remembers Becky had informed her before what her wish list was to have luggage on her for future travels. Inside Becky's luggage Mom Violy and Carmina gave her some clothes to wear since either we had lost weight or no longer need. Becky had shared and tried on her clothes for you to see how it looked. Of course, she'll be wearing it outside when she hangs out with Mom Violy and Carmina. One day Becky will make use of her luggage for the meantime she subscribes and follow at  Carmina Lifestyle to see where we'll be heading next in year 2023. NOT SPONSORED. In case plans change I may take her out to have some lunch asking Becky what she felt like eating. Becky replied, I am craving for chicken.  Carmina is not sure where Becky lives that is close by that serves chicken. Carmina said got any suggestions where we can eat and dine inside hoping there is not many people being a time limit. I had a dentist appointment the same day since it was supposed to be at 1 o'clock it was moved too 2 o'clock.  There was no problem I was able to reverse my schedule with Becky dine out where she wanted to eat. Carmina had picked up Becky from her home headed to  Kenny Roger's Roasters . We had lined up grabbed a menu ordered at the counter. Carmina asked Becky to find a seat while I had placed our order. Becky wanted to eat the Solo A with Roasted Chicken with one choice of side having to picked mixed vegetables includes rice and...

Every once in a while, I would enter inside 7-Eleven store to get some drinks before heading back home. During that time, I was very thirsty and wanted to try something new. What caught my eye was Woongjin Dr. Aloe Original Drink inside the beverages in the refrigerator. The price might be expensive for your pocket because it is sold roughly around PHP 76.00 ($1.36) per bottle. The first time I had tried it tasted like a popsicle best being cold. I think it was one reason I kept buying more. Aloe Vera is known to be healthy for you. Yet under my observation I cannot drink it late in the afternoon. I have a hard time sleeping. Carmina had introduced Woongjin Dr. Aloe Original Drink to Mary Ann. She had mentioned she drank one in Germany when she was there last year. It wasn't made in Korea something similar that her friend introduced to her. After drinking Woongjin Dr. Aloe Original Drink Mary Ann knows where she can find it and they do sell it online in Shopee or Lazada. NOT SPONSO...

I n Celebration of discovery how to increase my Facebook Page gave me a reason to eat somewhere new that is close to the area. At passing riding in a car, we often look out our window to see which restaurants are in the neighborhood yet the time we order food is through the application of our phone. Carmina saw  Brickfire  Steak, Chicken and Chops. Starters is Seafood Chowder for PHP 158.00 ($2.82). Why not try their steaks and the family member ordered the Duke includes Streak choice on how you want it cooked with Mashed Potato and Mixed Vegetables for PHP 298.00 ($5.32). Pesto Pasta for PHP 220.00 ($3.93) and Creamy Carbonara Pasta for PHP 218.00 ($3.89) includes with wheat bread. We had ordered separate meals. Just to let you know ahead of time the portion of food is quite small you will need to add additional meals with your meal when eating at Brickfire Steak, Chicken and Chops. I had the seafood chowder it was really fresh with shrimp inside and other seafood mixed in ve...

I n the beginning of the process, I've lost weight right away when removing coffee, tea and fruits juice. I wasn't much a person into soft drinks only drink it once in a while or alcohol beverages. It wasn't hard to remove it at all. I did have a hard time figuring what I would eat for breakfast if everything needed to be white. I had to explore and find out what really worked for me and having a challenge made my diet choices work differently. First two weeks I ate just Quaker Oats flavored Banana Honey Flavor since it was close to white that was my breakfast. I had alternated with plain yogurt or banana yogurt with fresh banana. Sometimes I would eat pandesal with Swiss cheese to alternative my breakfast just to make myself full. I learned to train myself to wake up early have a full meal before one o'clock came so I'd be able to put my whitening gel and retainers on leaving it on four hours. I had skipped my merienda/snacks during my time. It wasn't hard for ...
