Everyone knows baking soda makes your teeth white well just like our clothes when we bleach it, we want to keep it the color it is.
Same feeling Carmina has with her teeth to preserve the color to pearly white is making sure it doesn't get stained.
Under my observation we tend to use a lot of whitening toothpaste since we brush our teeth frequently after our meals. Both of them work well for me and you can tell by my photos posted in Carmina Lifestyle.
