Marijan had informed Carmina that her phone was very slow when she was using her TikTok account. Carmina asked if she knew how to clear her history from the videos watched in TikTok. Marijan said have no clue how to do that since I am not that techy using my phone. Carmina began going from the beginning which would like to teach other people as well who have no clue. On your phone go to TikTok application on the bottom click HOME When you see the home screen on the right had side click the search button TYPE PERIOD and click search what you normally do. This will pop up on your search View your watch history click the arrow. If you would like to Filter by date can click All dates and click Apply or you can just skip this step. Click on the Three dots and click SELECT from Watch history. List of your videos will appear in the screen and on the bottom Select all watch history to be deleted and do the same until completely empty. Which will appear this on your screen ...

We maintain our job position to succeed in our life to make sure we have an income. We make sure we participate with our co-workers to do your projects. You organize your time making sure you clock in on time.
Wellness we make sure our bodies is well taken care of we eat healthy, sleep at least eight hours to let our heart rest assure we can perform on our daily routine.
The key to success is control how much we consume to make sure it is limited to how much we eat during the time in case you have health conditions.
A way to control yourself is for you to find your way to make sure you eat a small portion some people attend parties. They make sure they are not close to the food where it is being served. It prevents them to get second, third serving and so on.
If you have a job for a position people, put their wellness in the same routine making sure they have a schedule added to their daily routine.
Each one of us have different form of shape in our bodies you'll need to find the right exercise that is best for you.
Carmina found if she does cardio, she loses excess fat to sweat out everything out when she would exercise every day.
Carmina no longer gets lightheaded after her exercise or get really hungry. She can control herself. She gets full of all the water she drinks during her exercise.
Carmina tends to motivate herself to make sure she exercises daily and if she skips one day, she works double time.
Carmina can now work out forty-five minutes straight without stopping while doing cardio.

After visiting California and went on walks or hikes with Joanie I realized I don't get as tired how I use to before in the years when we use to go on our nature walks.
Somehow our bodies got used to it and tend to look for it is telling us we need to add exercise in our life.
Carmina has an option to walk around the neighborhood for one hour.
From the outcome we can share our success by dressing up and finding the right clothing that suits us.
