Anyone in the family starts craving food when they hear about what someone else has recently eaten. It takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on the length of your hair.
Cover your hair with shower cap since we didn't have anything we used a plastic bag. Leave on hair for three hours use your phone to use the timer.
After 3 hours blow dry your hair until completely dry and use hair strengthener make sure you don't wet your hair for 3 days.
