Puto bumbong lovers, your favorite holiday treat just got a Wendy’s glow-up—ready for a twist on tradition?

It’s payday, the perfect time to treat ourselves, especially with the ever-changing weather in the Philippines. For fans of traditional Pinoy desserts , there’s now a new twist to enjoy your puto bumbong . Carmina ordered’  Wendy's Philippines ’ latest offering—the Putobumbong Frosty —available in two sizes: 6oz for 87.85 pesos ($1.49) or a tub for 125.35 pesos ($2.12).  She opted for the tub, skipping the smaller size entirely. The classic puto bumbong, made from purple sticky rice with grated cheese and latik sauce , gets an upgrade in Wendy’s version, which adds leche flan , rice crispies, and creamy vanilla frosty. A sweet treat perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Carmina preferred it served separately, as the puto bumbong is hard and chewy to eat. I guess I’m just used to having it without ice cream. That’s just my preference—others might enjoy it as it is. NOT SPONSORED. Check out my channel where you can find my videos at  Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel ...

Becky Craving for Chicken at Kenny Roger's Roasters

Last minute hang out Carmina decided to inform Becky that I'll be dropping of her luggage given by Mom Violy. In case plans change I may take her out to have some lunch asking Becky what she felt like eating. Becky replied, I am craving for chicken.

Carmina is not sure where Becky lives that is close by that serves chicken. Carmina said got any suggestions where we can eat and dine inside hoping there is not many people being a time limit.

I had a dentist appointment the same day since it was supposed to be at 1 o'clock it was moved too 2 o'clock.

There was no problem I was able to reverse my schedule with Becky dine out where she wanted to eat.

Carmina had picked up Becky from her home headed to Kenny Roger's Roasters. We had lined up grabbed a menu ordered at the counter. Carmina asked Becky to find a seat while I had placed our order.

Becky wanted to eat the Solo A with Roasted Chicken with one choice of side having to picked mixed vegetables includes rice and corn muffin. Becky asked for iced tea ordering it separated.

Carmina just wanted to eat something light since she wasn't that hungry. I had ordered an Original Quesadilla and requested for iced water. I was given a number to place at the table and the food will be delivered to us.

Carmina asked Becky when the last time was, she ate at Kenny Roger's Roasters. It has been before the pandemic. She said it was yummy and healthy grilled chicken with mixed vegetables and side dish of corn muffin.

Carmina also liked her original quesadilla and let Becky tried it. She said it wouldn't fill her up if she ate my meal.

Carmina has ordered food from Kenny Roger's Roasters by reading what else she has tried in the past.
