  I've found a jack pot in a Japanese Restaurant that I can keep ordering from a place I was able to find on my own while craving for some new dishes to try. Genki Sushi is located in UP Town Center rather than going there in person. I had ordered online through Grab to have it delivered to my home. The picture on the top is the Salmon Teriyaki Don the flavor is very different from salmon dishes I usually eat it has so many texture of salmon along with Japanese rice sold for PHP 380.00 ($7.60). I am missing my home town hanging out with my best friend during my visit in California. We would hang out at the shopping mall do her errands and I would just accompany her. We would take a break and head down to the food court to get a snack. My favorite snack is Auntie Anne's known for their homemade pretzels with different type of selections. Spinach with Shrimp and Tofu Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 Kilo - Spinach 5 Pieces - Shrimp 3 Slices - Tofu (slice into cubes) 1 - Tomato (slice into quarter) Patis (fish sauce) to taste Step 1: (Shrimp Water) Use mortar and pestle add 5 pieces shrimp head smash it. There is different type of Nilagang base on what type of meat you would like to eat before you decide you may refer to the other recipes. Today our menu is Nilagang Pata cooked the same procedure only difference there is a tip how to clean the pata before you begin cooking it. We know by now that every time Manang V drinks alcohol her chaser is always coke this time around it has a different flavor with a hint of lemon. Manang V and Rodelo are drinking their alcohol beverage I gave them some chips to munch away. I asked Manang V what she thought of the Calbee Hot & Spicy Potato Chips. Today is Sunday for us in the Philippines and every end of the weekend I would give Manang V some alcohol to try to taste test for her to try. Manang V and Rodelo had half of a glass to see what their comparison would be in how the New Suntory Strong Zero Tri Peach had taste to them. Manang V said it taste like wine with a taste of peach. Rodelo just kept saying it was strong even if he is a person who drinks other alcohol beverages. To me from a sip of it had a strong taste that felt it was a medicine after taste.
