Someone tried to open her safe and place the key inside next you know they had dropped it. I am not sure how Carmina wasn't home during the time the incident had happened. Carmina no longer need to drive to Pangasinan, Philippines to eat something healthy.  Years ago Mom Violy loved to visit Pangasinan to eat her favorite bangus fish. Carmina's Wellness  Lunch & Dinner Meals Cooked by Manang V Carmina went to a point in her life ordering food became expensive in the pocket. Carmina went to a turning point by eating food that was served at home and cooked by Manang V herself. There are times Carmina had put off rice in her meal only depending what food was being served at home. Rice was in my meal it would be one cup, 1/2 cup and went down too 1/4 cup until I had removed it completely using a rice measuring cup. Carmina use to love drinking milk tea, soda, juices that are concentrated and potato chips.  Carmina's Wellness Homemade Breakfast Meals Carmina never really had a problem eating healthy for breakfast. She was already accustomed to eat the American way. Living in the Philippines it was easy access to purchase yogurt that are coming from another country. Yet you can also try local made coming from the Philippines. There are always ways to make your meal and access a pattern to change what your yogurt can taste by add rolled oats, fresh fruits, granola, nut and so many options out there. Carmina also eat the local Filipino food. It may be a surprise to some people. She was able to find something unique not on a course meal that serves separated from each other in a serving ware.
