Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Carmina decided to invest on items needed in Fitness putting it in our priorities list.

Carmina needed the following in order to do warm up in what her physical trainer had informed her.

  1. Yoga Mat
  2. Dumbbells (provided by Mom Violy)
  3. Dry Fit Shirts
  4. Jogging Shorts
The remaining stuff Carmina had in her room she felt she is doing workout at home why do I need to dress up.

Carmina felt she didn't want to invest on her clothing since her goal was to lose the weight.

Carmina just wore her house shirts she wore daily.

Carmina had purchased sauna shorts to make sure she would be able to sweat it out on her tummy.

Here is my story how it all started on the month of June 2, 2021:


Carmina only purchased a yoga mat since her room was wooden flooring.

Carmina wanted to just wear house shirts that were loose enough to feel comfortable. 

Carmina started doing cardio and alternating her aerobic rider within the week.

Even if Carmina was feeling sore she didn't want to stop one day she felt if she didn't continue her daily routine she might lose the motivation.

Carmina had pushed herself to work harder and do some other form of exercise by looking it up in Youtube to change a pattern of riding on the aerobic rider.

Carmina had added the following exercise in her routine:

  • Crunch
  • Leg Raise
  • Cardio
  • Shoulder Bridge
  • Bicycle
Carmina's body was use to the exercise she added her dumbbells searching it up how to use it the right way.
