For our second day of our new year Manang V decided to cook escabeche which sometimes is called sweet and sour fish. You can use any type of fish it can be with a bone or fillet whichever is available in your area. Escabeche is a colorful dish which represent what day it is Manang V's birthday a celebration of desire to cook something new for our meal. From our leftover tofu Manang V decided to make it into a Chinese clear soup giving you how to make it in your location. Chinese Clear Soup Ingredients: 1/4 Cup - Ground Pork (cut thin stripes) 2 Slices Fresh Ginger (slice thinly) 1 - Onion (chopped) 1 Tsp. - Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp. - Patis (fish sauce) 1/2 Tsp. - Sesame oil 4 Pieces - Spinach leaves  1/2 Cup - Tofu (slice to cubes) 6 Cup - Water Optional add any noodles to the soup Cooking Instruction: In a pot add sesame oil while hot add onion, ginger sauté and add ground pork. Recently I had purchase a new phone for my mom online due to one of her phone broke down having it for ten years. It wasn't one of those android phones it was the less complicated phones we had started ourselves decades ago that was a keypad with no social media accounts connected or any internet that we're all hung up on. Before the year 2020 ends I went to visit my mom and brought her food over this time she was craving for sweet and sour Lapu-lapu. I wanted to eat an American meal the best part I was able to order it in one place. I had tried a new place I have never order from the name is Seafood and Ribs Warehouse Restaurant located at SM North Edsa. You should know me by now I order my food online due our pandemic months from Grab Food. The Ribs comes with mashed potato and mixed vegetables there is no gravy included although the taste is still good. The ribs are very soft and tender I can recommend you trying it for yourself. The best part I don't need to travel to the United States to buy a bag of chips. I can just purchase it online in the Philippines.
