Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. From our leftover tofu Manang V decided to make it into a Chinese clear soup giving you how to make it in your location.
Chinese Clear Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup - Ground Pork (cut thin stripes)
- 2 Slices Fresh Ginger (slice thinly)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tsp. - Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. - Patis (fish sauce)
- 1/2 Tsp. - Sesame oil
- 4 Pieces - Spinach leaves
- 1/2 Cup - Tofu (slice to cubes)
- 6 Cup - Water
- Optional add any noodles to the soup
Cooking Instruction:
- In a pot add sesame oil while hot add onion, ginger sauté and add ground pork.
- Add six cups of water boil for ten minutes add soy sauce, patis, spinach leaves and tofu.
- Add noodles of your choice (optional)
- Cook for 5 minutes ready to serve in a serving bowl.
