Ever since you have moved to a different location, there is a possibility that you can try new food.  Carmina had ordered her food through Grab being delivered.  Carmina was able to try the chicken mini tacos from  The Smokeyard  in the Quezon City branch. The five pieces of chicken mini tacos had the following ingredients shredded chicken with barbeque sauce, salsa and cilantro. It was spicy yet still delicious.  I was able to try a side order of cornbread. It was also good.  We also wanted to try the brisket, cornbread, chocolate chip cookie, dirty rice and mac and cheese. All the food described was really good even if the serving looks small, but some reason you're full. Someone once informed me that they don't add any cream or milk in their bacon carbonara. I decided to try what I had in my kitchen. Carmina's New Version Bacon Carbonara Recipe Ingredients: Cooked Bacon (chopped up) Any type of pasta noodles (drained and cooked) Any cheese (shredded) Any brand (butter) 4 Pieces of Eggs (scrambled) Black Pepper to taste Salt to taste Cooking Instructions: Cook the pasta noodles while it was in boiling water being cooked. I went ahead and started scrambling four pieces of eggs in a bowl using a fork.  I had sprinkled some black pepper and salt to the eggs. The pasta noodles were already drained and cooked place it in a container began transferring the eggs, butter and shredded cheese together.  I add the chopped-up bacon mixing it together. It has been a long time we've planned to have lunch together with Tito Boni, Tita Edna, Mom Violy and Carmina. We just had conflict of schedule on the month of November.  Tito Boni who had suggested to eat at  Corniche Buffet  that is located inside Diamond Hotel in Manila, Philippines. Upon entering Diamond Hotel in Manila, you will need to enter security and open your bag at the entrance before entering inside. It is common procedures don't be alarmed.  It was a great experience especially it is almost Christmas. The hotel was decorated for the holiday spirit.   Carmina is sharing her blessing by giving stars to what reels I feel deserve to have a token from me. I know how it feels when you want to receive your first star. Ever have people you've met in the past and never saw them for a long time. Becky has been trying to put Carmina to meet her older sister Cynthia for a long time. We just don't have the right time. The last time I met Ate Cynthia was year 1994 when I was living in the Philippines. I met Becky with our common friends. Becky had invited me over to her home where she grew up with her siblings. One week ago, Becky had invited Carmina to eat at Cabalen in Fishermall located in Quezon Avenue.  Becky asked, if I ever been to the branch of Cabalen Restaurant in Fishermall. I had informed Becky only in the Ali Mall when we ate there with Mom Violy. Becky said, she will be treating her older sister Cynthia for her birthday. Upon entering  Cabalen Restaurant  there is a counter on right side and a sign of the restaurant. Entering left side is the entrance of the dining room having someone seat you to your assigned table. Once seated at the table can proceed to get your food we arrived there before lunch rush not many people inside. I was able to take a video of the Filipino food. One year from December 16, 2022, on her Blogiversary she started off from 600 hundred followers. Carmina has 22.7K Followers. Carmina’s journey how she was able to increase her followers. In the beginning we listen to those who have experience by watching tutorials later we realized the prohibited is all not true. There are people who will discourage you to not do something or inform you it is alright. It can be confusing when you begin. A room with just a window without any contrast in your room looks too empty.  Waking up in the morning while the sun is glaring at your eyes seems too bright. Living in the Philippines we prefer to keep our belonging clean with a cover for our utensils.  Even though you would wash what you use daily might as well get a container with a cover that won't let anything get inside.
