Someone once informed me that they don't add any cream or milk in their bacon carbonara. I decided to try what I had in my kitchen.
Carmina's New Version Bacon Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cooked Bacon (chopped up)
- Any type of pasta noodles (drained and cooked)
- Any cheese (shredded)
- Any brand (butter)
- 4 Pieces of Eggs (scrambled)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the pasta noodles while it was in boiling water being cooked. I went ahead and started scrambling four pieces of eggs in a bowl using a fork.
I had sprinkled some black pepper and salt to the eggs.
The pasta noodles were already drained and cooked place it in a container began transferring the eggs, butter and shredded cheese together.
I add the chopped-up bacon mixing it together.
It was very easy to those who didn't have that many ingredients in their home.
