Mom Violy's bucket list is to go explore and bring Top Fan Lorie to  Okada Manila . If you cannot travel else where we can do it within the Philippines a place look similar to Japan with the cherry blossom. We know Mom Violy miss taking her photo shoot. We'll be stepping in to explore inside with wonders of our minds by seeing which corner and area to take a photo shoot. Too bad we're not able to see the cherry bloosom it doesn't open until 6 o'clock in the afternoon. Yet, we had the chance to explore and take some pictures inside with Top Fan Auntie Lorie. On our California vacation this year Mom Violy and Carmina had plans to visit Top Fan Lorie in Seattle unexpected plans changed. Top Fan Lorie had informed us she'll be visiting her family in the Philippines on the month of September to October. We figured since we cannot see each other in the United States we can always catch up a bite to eat at Dampa. Mom Violy and Carmina had planned our meet up making easier on her we went closer to her area. Reality is Mom Violy and Lorie have been friends for quite a while since I was young. Aunt Lorie said she was craving for seafood. Mom Violy suggested Dampa.  Great Emperor  is what someone recommended us to try. They serve Chinese and Fiipino dishes. Mom Violy went to the market to purchase some crabs and Maya Maya fish. Carmina waited for Auntie Lorie to arrive. Our large crab was cooked with butter and garlic. Carmina went back to eating salad where she has ordered from  Salad Stop before in the past. The serving is quite big for me. I can eat it three times. The ingredients are romaine, hard-boiled egg, seared tuna, avocado, edamame, cherry tomatoes, mandarin orange, sesame seeds, wasabi and honey soy dressing for PHP 365.00 ($6.40) not including delivery fee to the rider through Grab Food.\ Carmina's first serving was with the tuna, so it won't spoil right away with the ingredients. Second serving I added what I had in my home with canned corn and marinated artichoke hearts. Until I was able to finish my salad lasted the second day by placing inside the refrigerator.   Carmina was craving for cinnamon rolls when she had entered inside The Market Place she saw a bakery. The cinnamon rolls were on sale for PHP 145.00 ($2.54) taped along with six pieces of ensaymada. Carmina gave the ensaymada to Manang V and the employees to eat for their snack. Carmina liked the taste of cinnamon rolls having a lot of cinnamon and nuts. Even if you put in the fridge, it is not hard and don't need to warm it can still be eaten cold.   Carmina was looking for her fresh vegetable lumpia that was close by her location. Carmina is not really into ubod type of person she prefers with vegetables. The best part the wrapper is crepe where you can say it is really homemade. It has a lot of peanut sauce enough to finish the whole thing for PHP 180.00 ($3.16). Sweet Inspirations  is not just cakes they also serve meals provided.  There is also pasta for those who want to try their Pesto Pasta and Carbonara. Carmina decided to do a food challenge with Becky. By giving her food given by her Uncle Ando from the States. Carmina hasn't tried the imported goods giving Becky a chance to explore on how she will use it to make her own meals. Food Challenge Ingredients: 1- Nonfat Dry Milk 1 - Pinto Beans 1 - Oatmeal 1 - Canned Diced Tomatoes 1 - Pork in a Can 1 - Canned Tuna 1 - Kidney Beans Carmina gave Becky to try some  Barlico Substitute coffee that was purchased online. Carmina gave Becky a Food Challenge where she gave her some ingredients out of Quick Oats, California Shelled Walnuts and Barlico Chocolate. Becky decided to make some chocolate oats with walnut for her meal for the day and have a drink included. Becky's Chocolate Oats with Walnut Recipe: Ingredients: 1/4 Cup - Walnut 1/4 Cup Oats Blender 1 Stick of Barlico Choco (cut in half making 2 servings) Step 1: Place walnut inside the blender until fully blend place in a bowl. Step 2: Add Oats and use 1 Stick of Choco Barlico cutting into half adding to the bowl. Pour hot boiling water in oats and cook for 6 minutes until soften. Step 3: Add sugar to your taste and it can make 4 servings  Optional add banana if you don't want to add sugar Becky's Overall Review: If the person is not into so much tasty food and just want it healthy then this is how it is done. Conversation goes toward dessert after our lunch with Cousin Mariles and her husband Vvon along with Mom Violy. Mariles and Vvon had picked  Cafe Breton  to have some coffee and desserts. Mom Violy wanted to eat close by since she'll be driving that day. Mom Violy had informed Mariles to meet her at  Modern Shanghai located at Robinsons Magnolia near the Garden. Carmina and Mom Violy went early making sure we had a table.
