Carmina started blending her fruits rather than eating one bite each with a fork. It has been humid in the Philippines and when you have a lot of fruits that about to get old. Yesterday, Carmina had written about her experience in the breads she had purchased from Midnight Bakers. The owner of the bakery had message Carmina saying they liked how I had reviewed their Bulleye, Bacon Ham Cheese Loaf and Bagel wanting to give me a chicken pot for free. Carmina had received her complimentary chicken pot pie. Carmina was happy and shared to the family members to try it too. Carmina had enjoyed eating the chicken pot pie being warm when it had arrived. Mom Violy would like to share you what she is cooking for herself at her home. Carmina loves eating Mom Violy's cooking but since we're not allowed to go outside during our ECQ in the Philippines. Carmina asked the recipe from Mom Violy to ask Manang V to cook it at our house. Mom Violy's Recipe of Gulay Corn with Dahon Sili Recipe Ingredients: 4 - Fresh Corn (grate) 1 - Onion (chopped) 4 - Pieces cloves of Garlic (minced) 1 - Bundle of Dahon Sili 1/2 Cup - Shrimp Soup  1/2 - Pork Cube 1/2 Cup - Sliced Pork Prepare Ingredients: You will remove husk from corn and grate it and set aside in a bowl. You will use head of shrimp and use a mortar and pestle to pound with half cup water. Manang V has been complaining to Carmina she is having a difficult wearing her face mask daily while she is cooking and working. Manang V showed Carmina her painful ears being red.
