Missing quality time? Lunch with Dad at East Ocean Seafood is the answer.

Carmina's dad had informed her that he would like to have a meal. Carmina's dad decided to treat her for lunch at  East Ocean Seafood Restaurant . Upon entering in the back of the parking lot there is an entrance the server will ask how many we are. Seating at a table handling out the menu to look and decide upon what we'll order. Carmina had informed her dad that Papa Ping's favorite is Mongolian beef decided to make it as our meal. Carmina's favorite has always been honey with walnuts. We had ordered yang chow fried rice. Dad wanted me to have my favorite sesame seeds Lotus for dessert. We had leftovers Carmina brought it home for Papa Ping to eat for his dinner. Fruit Shake Recipes


Carmina started blending her fruits rather than eating one bite each with a fork. It has been humid in the Philippines and when you have a lot of fruits that about to get old.

Might as well blend it up and drink it smoothie style comfort in your own home.

Carmina doesn't add any sugar since all fruits have their own sugar in it.

Carmina knows a lot of family and friends who prefer to blend not only fruits as well vegetables.

Carmina had informed Manang V she said why they have no teeth to eat the fruits with a fork.

Carmina was telling Manang V some people she has seen through video drink a shake in the morning by adding fruits, vegetables, energy powder or collagen powder.

You want to stay away from drinking something else you learn to enjoy blending your own food.

Fruit Shake Recipe #01:

Mixed Fruit Shake

Ingredient:

  • 1 - Ripe Banana (sliced)
  • 1 - Fresh Orange (peel and separate)
  • 2 - Slice Watermelon
  • 1/2 - Dragon Fruit (half portion)


Blender:

  • Add all ingredients inside the blender and mixed well afterwards check if there is any lump and keep blending until it is smooth.
  • Pour into a glass 
  • You have an option to drink it right away or store it in the refrigerator.
Fruit Shake #02:
Ingredients:
  • 1 - Whole Dragon Fruit (sliced)
  • 2 - Banana (sliced)


Blender:
  • Add dragon fruit and banana in the blender pour into a glass when it is smooth.
Fruit Juice #03 Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 3 Pieces - Sliced Pineapple
  • 2 - Banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 Portion Dragon Fruit


Blender:
  • Add pineapple, banana and dragon fruit blend it all together until smooth pour into glass when smooth.
Carmina doesn't add any liquid or any sugar it is all natural which is one concept to make it healthy for you.
