  During summertime, I used to travel to California in April or May and enjoy my favorite vegetable—artichokes. However, with no vaccine available to prevent COVID-19, travel was restricted, so we had to find an alternative way to enjoy artichokes. I decided to try something new at Pazzo Rollie, which offered two dishes featuring artichokes as the main ingredient. I had to choose between an appetizer or a rolled-up pizza.   Second time around I had ordered Japanese food at Botejyu but this time I wanted to try something different. It is the first time for my mom to try Botejyu's food only seeing it in my previous post my mom wanted to try it for herself. I have wanted to try Mt. Fuji French Fries. Do you remember how I had post last month that I had purchase some Greek Yogurt? What have driven me to order at Shinjuku Home of Authentic Ramen was when I had glance at the menu. I saw a new item that I have never seen in any other Japanese Restaurant.
