After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . What have driven me to order at Shinjuku Home of Authentic Ramen was when I had glance at the menu. I saw a new item that I have never seen in any other Japanese Restaurant.
I have always been a fan of eating gyoza, but never saw someone make it into black ink which is from squid.
I've tried the noodles version so why not try the gyoza.
Coming from food there is always something new to try in any place you can sense somewhere to bring you to a place to order through Grab Food at Shinjuku House of Authentic Ramen by checking their Facebook Page.
Among the family members I love to explore on food from any Japanese restaurant I would eat. I am the type who risk themselves to try something out of the ordinary that you don't always have a favorite in every dishes cooked elsewhere.
The best part trying new dishes your list gets longer when you expand yourself to something new.
I found my favorite sushi from Shinjuku Home of Authentic Ramen. I had ordered Super California Maki that has the basic California Maki but what make it different is the texture being soft and having spicy salmon topping.
I was able to eat the Super California Maki without the soy sauce and wasabi to dip it into it.
Of course I had to try it the normal way having it with soy sauce and wasabi and the flavor is a bit more spice into it.
I can eat it both ways no matter what.
The Black Gyoza taste really delicious for PHP 240.00 ($4.80) for 5 pieces.
