I have been craving to eat corn and since I can't find it being in a cob why not eat it the frozen way. Corn is my favorite vegetable it can be cooked up in alternative ways.

corn is just too warm it in the microwave and adds some butter the simple way.
My other favorite is the Filipino Corn Soup the way Manang V cooks it.
My mom had cooked it when I was young Gulliver's Creamed Corn.

I had purchase Southern Valley Whole Kernel Corn from Metro Mart through S&R for PHP 110.00 ($2.20) 1 kg. Not bad for the price not including handling and fee to the delivery person.
Yes you got that right it is product from the USA which is cool for me living in the Philippines. During my visit in California, I would eat corn during Memorial Weekend the place we would have our family gathering to have a barbecue.
