It has been twenty-four years since Carmina and Catalina met each other in person. Carmina and Catalina have been friends since attending college in Sacramento, California being neighbors living in an apartment complex. Catalina loves to cook Authentic Mexican food that was taught by her own mother. Carmina loves eating Mexican food and love to learn new things when it comes to cooking. Catalina's Nopales Cactus Recipe Ingredients: 3 Pieces - Nopales Cactus 1/2 - White Onion Cilantro Salt  2 Cups - Water Before you can begin cooking Catalina had removed the spikes from the Nopalas Cactus by using a knife than she will slice it up into small cubes. After a long haul of doing grocery shopping for the both of us we got extremely hungry and decided to eat at a Chinese restaurant that was recommended by Carmina's best friend. Carmina missed eating Pot Stickers where we had additional meals from Little Sichuan Restaurant in Newark, California. Carmina's best friend wanted to eat Seafood Chow Fan Noodles and Beef Mixed Vegetables. Little Sichuan Restaurant  the serving is big giving us leftover to bring back home to eat the next day. Down the road when you don't have a car access to use on the day you would like to do a little grocery shopping. Carmina had received a SMS message from her best friend on her temporary mobile phone asking if we can meet today in the afternoon. Carmina has been eating breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn and the person she often sees Rowena finding out she is Filipina. Naturally Mom Violy will talk to anyone who is coming from the Philippines it is just a given way to talk about our hometown.
