New Passion Fruit Smoothie at Gong Cha

Have you've ever encountered someone approach you saying they've watch a tok-tok video? The person wants you to explain what Gong Cha is. Carmina was caught off guard when standing up about to leave Gong Cha in Alameda with her high school friend. Carmina just told the guy the best seller is listed on the counter of the store. Carmina also told the guy he can also try their new beverages which she has personally tried the Passion Fruit Smoothie. Otherwise, everything else is good off their menu for you to drink. Carmina's best friend has never tried or heard of Gong Cha. Carmina mentioned how they also have Gong Cha in the Philippines. Carmina's friend was kind of surprised. Carmina's Review on Sushi House in Alameda

Carmina and her high school friend have always eaten at Sushi House our traditional lunch when I am in town. Upon entering Sushi House, they are strict where you need to wear a face mask before entering the restaurant. If there is a line they provide you to sign up on the wait list since we came when they just opened we just informed how many we're to be seated. This time around Carmina didn't want to get the bento box where she went ahead and ordered the Seafood Udon when it has been cold outside. The moment you feel like eating Seafood Udon includes a garden salad. Carmina's high school had ordered three combination bento with Teriyaki Salmon, Beef and California Maki Sushi includes miso soup, garden salad and white rice. Carmina had enjoyed her Seafood Udon the serving was too big had some leftovers to take out. You'll be the one to transfer into a takeout container with a plastic bag. Crab Cove in Alameda, California

Carmina was able to recap and see her best friend from high school after having long talk about what has happened to our life during the pandemic. We began looking around inside Crab Cove Visitor Center. For those who have children of their own can visit inside and learn new things about the animals that is surrounded inside Crab Cove. Anyone who love to have a picnic, ride their bikes, go walking around the San Francico Bay may do so by taking a view of nature. Just in case you loved to ride and paddle a boat you can do it on the lake among people who can seat down and relax. To find the location of  Crab Cove  and see what is there during your visit. Baked Asparagus Recipe

  Carmina wanted to eat fresh asparagus while she was in town visiting her family. We went to a Delta Farmer's Market and purchased fresh asparagus and some fruits to bring back home. Compared to the asparagus in the Philippines it is smaller in size good thing Carmina was able to find it at the Delta Farmer's Market. Charina's recipe is adding pan spray on a nonstick flat pan place in the oven for ten minutes and parmesan cheese by sprinkle on top until melted and it is ready to serve. What is your favorite Nothing Bundt Cake?

Entering Nothing Bundt Cake everyone is wearing a face mask and they limit how many customers inside the store. Charina asked what the best seller among the Bundt cake they are sell at Nothing Bundt Cakes. The best seller is the red velvet, lemon, chocolate chocolate and strawberry & cream. Charina had ordered the following flavors strawberry & cream, blueberry bliss and confetti on the mini-Bundt cakes. Verdict what we liked the best out of the three is strawberry & cream. Carmina's Review on Nick the Greek Restaurant

C armina hasn't eaten Greek food for a long time since she had arrived in the United States. After spending the day with Charina and Gilbert they decided to have a bite to eat at  Nick the Greek Restaurant in Concord, California. Carmina had ordered their lamb gyros with everything on it. Carmina couldn't finish the lamb gyros having the half out for takeout. Carmina always loved eating lamb gyros ever since and missed the way they make it in California even if she has already tried it in the Philippines. The lamb is soft and tender easy to bite into with favorable along with their sauce, onion and French fries inside a pita bread. Housekeeper at Ala Moana Hotel

Carmina realized Mom Violy has a difficult time adapting to the new technology when it comes to traveling. Recently we went to Hawaii for five nights and six days Mom Violy had a difficult time remembering what room she was check in at Ala Moana Hotel. Mom Violy didn't want to wander on her own she felt lost in motion when Carmina wasn't around. Parents tend to rely upon their children when they begin to age. Mom Violy said if she had to travel on her own, she'd rather not and stay at the Philippines. Our parents don't want to learn how to do it and if we teach them, they say they'll forget. Mom Violy met Edna and Anabel for her assistance in her room after finding they are Filipina the more, she spoke to them when they're on duty. Mom Violy introduced Edna and Anabel to Carmina explaining that she is a blogger the more they both got excited taking pictures with each one of them. Southwest Airlines Departure from Honolulu to Oakland

The best thing to do is to check in 24 hours before departure from Southwest Airlines. Upon entering carts to pull luggage is additional of $6.00 you'll proceed to inspection by carrying you check in luggage's. There will be a pink sticker once luggage's has been inspected. Go to kiosk machine to input confirmation number or scan boarding pass from mobile phone. Add wheelchair for those who need assistance click all passenger and click check in how much luggage's for each person who is flying with you. Luggage's tag will be printed, and boarding pass will come out below the screen. If you have forgotten to stick the claim sticker on your boarding pass no need to worry about it. Proceed to check in at the counter presenting identification card/passport and boarding pass to Southwest Employees during this process you will place luggage on the scale until when done. Lunch with Larry and Raquel at Waikele Country Club

Walking in nature builds us an appetite in which Mom Violy and Carmina was able to meet Larry who is Raquel's husband. They wanted to bring us to their favorite restaurant at the Waikele Country Club . Raquel and Larry recommended us dishes that they normally order from Waikele Country Club. Raquel's favorite since she wants to avoid eating rice, she goes toward Vegetable Tempura with Salad. Larry had ordered Ginger Pork Teishoku Plate. Mom Violy had ventured out too ordering the Teishoku Two Choice Combination Meal of Beef Teriyaki and Salmon Shioyaki with miso soup. Carmina had ordered the Teriyaki Salmon.
