The best thing to do is to check in 24 hours before departure from Southwest Airlines.

Upon entering carts to pull luggage is additional of $6.00 you'll proceed to inspection by carrying you check in luggage's.

There will be a pink sticker once luggage's has been inspected.

Go to kiosk machine to input confirmation number or scan boarding pass from mobile phone.

Add wheelchair for those who need assistance click all passenger and click check in how much luggage's for each person who is flying with you.

Luggage's tag will be printed, and boarding pass will come out below the screen.

If you have forgotten to stick the claim sticker on your boarding pass no need to worry about it.

Proceed to check in at the counter presenting identification card/passport and boarding pass to Southwest Employees during this process you will place luggage on the scale until when done. You can ask where you may get the wheelchair for the family member who needs it.

Otherwise skip this process and those who need assistance you will approach the persons working inside the airport giving you your boarding pass by identify who needs to ride a wheelchair.

Emelia is the one who will assist Mom Violy to the gate of Southwest Airlines.

Head toward scanning your boarding pass and identification card/passport if you're wearing a face mask, they'll ask you to put it down to see your face to match with your identification card or passport.

During inspection there will be a K-9 dog roaming around the Honolulu Airport they are strict something I've just experience. I notice they go by batches of groups allowing you to control how many people will enter the inspection area.

Even if you're riding in a wheelchair there is no short cuts you will also fall in line just obey the rules.

Away to make it faster and easier for everyone upon inspection no need to remove electronic items and shoes only thing remove what is inside your pockets.

Proceed to the gate number indicated on your boarding pass and enjoy waiting inside the lounge.

The person who is in the wheelchair someone else will be pushing you when it is time to board the plane.

Riding Southwest you get an opportunity to pick where you would like to seat down. Carmina tried what she read online is pick a seat that has a space from who you're flying with example Mom Violy is seated at the seat near the aisle and Carmina is on the window seat.

No one decided to seat between us where someone who was flying was able to put their carryon in the middle seat.

The advantages seating at the window seat you can take pictures outside from your window.

When arriving at your destination there will be another wheelchair assistance for you and will look at your boarding pass and help you get your luggage's assigned to get at the carousel baggage claim.

Back to reality where you're no longer on vacation until next time riding Southwest to another destination where Mom Violy and Carmina would like to visit in the future.
