Carmina shared her Spicy Pork Udon with Manang V for our lunch. Carmina warned Manang V that it will be spicy. Carmina mentioned it was Japanese food not Korean. Carmina doesn't need to go to Kansas to eat some fried chicken. She can just remain in the Philippines to just order through Bamba Buns Fried Chicken .   Carmina wanted to try the fried chicken known to be the favorite on Rocko's Herb- Roasted  Chicken. Choice can be the Classic Crunch or Spicy Favorite. I went ahead and ordered the four pieces spicy fried chicken for PHP 275.00 ($4.10). The breading of is not crispy and a bit under cook on the meat it is pinkish and near the bone is red. Otherwise if they cooked it longer there would be no problem of it's rank be a good one. The flavoring is great being soft, juicy and tender on the meat. Overall Rocko's Fried Chicken just need to work on the consistency in cooking their food. I had also purchased the BBQ Provencale the same transaction the chicken was also under cooked as well had same problem. Better next time around hoping to see an improvement on both chicken.   Carmina discovered Nescafe Cafe Creations has a new product that came out must try Strawberry Latte made in the Philippines. Honestly in the beginning when you sip the New Nescafe Cafe Creation Strawberry Latte on the top it taste more of strawberry however when I decided to place it in the refrigerator you can taste the coffee on the bottom. It is a creamy version being able to make it at home by just adding boiling water into your mug.
