Look, Share, Discover

The outcome we see signs from anywhere from an advertisement that people want to be recognized and in order to think what can sell to your audience you need to think of a theme so people will be able to glance and be outspoken in what you are trying to reach out. This was my challenge to make new changes as my blog has expanded I want to let people be able to remember what they recently saw to make it look different than anyone else. It took time and patience what to use from anything that I felt there was pressure because I didn’t want to waste any time. Of course we come across from doing some digging and finding which pictures we can use and what kind of catch you can sell to your audience so I decided not to use just an ordinary background I wanted to use something that was really my own and something that I was also in it. This is my new changes to bring it out what I wanted out of Carmina Lifestyle a place we want to be outside and be able ...

No Drama

Have you ever encountered someone telling you they don’t want to hear any drama from you? I came across from a lot of friends who tell me right off in our conversation that they don’t want to hear any drama sometimes you wonder what will our conversation be because in life there are stories to share but how can you identify what is drama to them. Why does it matter if you have drama in your life is it really that bad? When I come across from a person and they ask me how are you how do you explain yourself to them because you are stuck and quiet someone you really are not because you are holding back letting them know the story of your life. Sometimes when someone holds off from letting you express yourself you really don’t know how to communicate with the person who tells you no drama how do you cope with that type of friend. We have some friends who would love to hear all the drama you have going on but later they say it is their choice and you begin to questi...

No Contact is the Best Solution

I have notice for the past months when I have been staying at home you come across friends who you chat with everyday or you have friends who suddenly disappear without letting you know what has happened to them. I use to question their absence and leave messages to my friends to let them know how they are doing but sometimes you come across they only seem to just read your message without replying back. I came to the point of my life to do the reverse not contact them and let them miss you if they feel like chatting with you there must be a good reason why they are not chatting with you. It can be for personal reason, work related and just a time to have space between among friends but no matter what some day that friend who is no longer in contact with you will call or message you when they feel it is the right time for them to reach out to you. There is no reason to wait for their call or message for them because if they really want to reach out to you they will f...

Status Symbol of Your Life

We come across a discussion with someone and they ask what your status is doesn’t mean the status if you are single, married, divorce or widow. They are asking the status if you are poor, middle or rich. Does it really matter what status you are among your friends? This is my story I came across from when I had started living in the Philippines to explain why it doesn’t matter to me what status you are and who knows you may also agree or disagree with me. When I moved here in the Philippines I had to start from the bottom just like anyone else moving to another foreigner country as we all have moved across another place other than what you are use too your living environment because more dramatic than what you are use too. In the beginning you cannot complain where you’re living because this is a part of life that comes with adjustment period not only for yourself but the people who are involved. When you live with other people who not only a family member and em...

Facebook My Story

Last night at a glimpse I saw one of my friend post something in my story in Facebook I couldn’t believe what I saw was for real someone wanted to commit suicide over a boyfriend she had trusted so well but had fooled around several times in their relationship. As the person was showing and expressing her feelings over her Facebook feed and reading what she had felt during that point of anger and feeling depressed at her knowing they have a child together. I couldn’t help reaching out to her as everyone must of given and said all these bad things to her saying it was her fault in the begin with and she needs to stay with him. I did the opposite I reached out to her to let her know she doesn’t need to commit herself to kill herself just for a boyfriend that fooled around. She can find someone else who loves her better than what her boyfriend did to her. It is not the end of the world you can find someone who will treasure you more than anyone else. Why will you kill y...

Cure in Sleepless Manila

For one month I had sleepless in Manila and I have tried so many things to cure myself to get back in my pattern to sleep back to normal again. Everyone said I had lack sun exposure because I have been staying home so I would go close to any window that had sunlight yet it still didn’t work for me. I tried drinking alcohol half bottle of Korean Tock Soda Sparkling Wine at night just so I can go to sleep. I realize this is not the best cure because I notice I was gaining weight from it and I had friends calling me an alcoholic. I didn’t like how they called me by those names. I decided I needed to find something else to cure my sleepless in Manila. This is what I started to change my pattern daily so far it has worked for me who knows it may also help you during those nights you seem so restless. I have been taking vitamin D3 for so many years and kept taking it until now. I started taking Super Collagen Plus C twice a day. I went back taking Alkali...
