Laughter with Mom Violy, Carmina, Ruel, Neria and Marissa

Mom Violy wanted to get a haircut from Ruel from Hairliners Salon in Ali Mall. She was saying if they are not too busy wanted to get a pedicure.  Ruel had introduce Marissa to Mom Violy who can do her pedicure. Neria had approached me saying she has no client. I was able to get my facial done while Mom Violy was busy having her beauty treatments. Mom Violy had introduced me to Marissa saying they wanted to add each other in Facebook. They had no clue how to do it. Both Mom Violy and Marissa handed their phone to me.  Ruel had informed Marissa that I am doing Poppo Live.  Marissa asked for some pointers how to use the Poppo Live application on her phone. I taught her the basics found out she is in an agency.  I don't understand why her agency is not giving her tips how to use Poppo Live.  Ruel had informed me he would also like to join Poppo Live just been so busy from his work. Cure in Sleepless Manila


For one month I had sleepless in Manila and I have tried so many things to cure myself to get back in my pattern to sleep back to normal again.

Everyone said I had lack sun exposure because I have been staying home so I would go close to any window that had sunlight yet it still didn’t work for me.

I tried drinking alcohol half bottle of Korean Tock Soda Sparkling Wine at night just so I can go to sleep.

I realize this is not the best cure because I notice I was gaining weight from it and I had friends calling me an alcoholic. I didn’t like how they called me by those names.

I decided I needed to find something else to cure my sleepless in Manila.

This is what I started to change my pattern daily so far it has worked for me who knows it may also help you during those nights you seem so restless.

I have been taking vitamin D3 for so many years and kept taking it until now.

I started taking Super Collagen Plus C twice a day.

I went back taking Alkaline C twice a day and I found this is my cure for going back to sleep.

I drink ginger tea in the morning no more coffee or milk tea or anything with caffeine. 

I drink ginger tea before I go to sleep for some reason it relaxes me.

I also eat one yogurt before bedtime this way I don’t get hungry when I am asleep.

I have learn to eat dinner early as much as to 6:00 to 7:00 PM this way by the time you sleep there is enough time your food gets digested.

You may want to try and see if it works for you.
