The first thing Carmina asked Marijan what content you would like to discuss in your channel.
What is your main goal?
Decide what name your channel will be and make sure no one has the same by searching it up online.
Figure out what profile picture you will use to wheel viewers to be curious who you are if you leave with a letter from the alphabet no one will subscribe to you.
Marijan did that for a long time left it with a letter.
Carmina kept telling her to change it how do you expect people to subscribe to your channel which was one of the discussions entered someone's live. Content creator doesn't click to your channel if there is no face to identify who you are they think you're a scammer or fake account.
I asked Marijan would you subscribe to someone with a letter on their profile picture. It made Marijan think twice why I was so consistent asking her to change her profile picture.

Tips How to Make Customize Your YouTube Channel
There is two ways to do it first explain on your computer first sign in to your YouTube.
Click Customize Channel
First one is the background of your YouTube Channel it will explain what size is required.
Second one is your profile picture and make sure you click PUBLISH.
Don't worry if it doesn't look good can redo it and make changes if the picture doesn't suit your taste.
On your Phone the main page and click on the pencil to edit.
Channel settings there is so many to make changes from profile picture, background picture, Name of YouTube Channel, Pronouns and Description. All you need to do is click each one to edit and make changes when you feel you're ready.
Marijan saw everything she was shocked to see how much works needs to be done.
Having a YouTube Channel is a job we need to make sure it looks good for others to subscribe, and it is people who don't even know we exist.
People are lucky because I had to learn on my own and make it easier for everyone to understand each steps makes it less confusing.
