Mom Violy wanted to renew her driver's license yet wasn't able to make an appointment online. Mom Violy never received a renewal notice wasn't sure because of her age.
Her son in-law joked maybe we need to make it a new applicant and take an exam.
Mom Violy got scared said no I will just walk in person at the DMV which stands for Department of Motor Vehicle.
Mom Violy's brother said try going to the DMV when it is about to close because there is a way they can assist you.

Mom Violy has to go as a new applicate not taking a driving test, but an exam which need to make an appointment when prepared to take the exam.
The man has given Mom Violy a booklet to study.
