Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at Lazy Dog Restaurant in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding. Fettuccine Alfredo Blackened Shrimp Tacos Dessert Family members just ordered what they wanted with the Campfire Pot Roast, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Fish. Mom Violy wanted to renew her driver's license yet wasn't able to make an appointment online. Mom Violy never received a renewal notice wasn't sure because of her age.
Her son in-law joked maybe we need to make it a new applicant and take an exam.
Mom Violy got scared said no I will just walk in person at the DMV which stands for Department of Motor Vehicle.
Mom Violy's brother said try going to the DMV when it is about to close because there is a way they can assist you.
Uncle Ando had picked us at the house at 3:30 PM.
Upon the enter even if you're a senior citizen there is no priority got to line up like anyone else without an appointment.
There will be a man holding a tablet asking you question what needs to be done asking for your mobile number because you will receive a text message.
All you need to do is find a place to seat down and monitor yourself making sure when they call your number at the screen.
The DMV office will stop people entering at 4:30 PM. The remaining people entering will tell you come back tomorrow.
Those who have a DMV ticket can remain waiting until they call your number to present to the window assigned.
All windows start to open, and it goes fast until they call your number for those who are Walkin.
After two hours later waiting for G410 was called in to go to window #13.
Mom Violy's situation is that her driver's license was taken in a different state. The man had informed Mom Violy there was a cut off time at 4:30 PM to take the exam.
Mom Violy has to go as a new applicate not taking a driving test, but an exam which need to make an appointment when prepared to take the exam.
The man has given Mom Violy a booklet to study.
Good luck to Mom Violy when in time take her exam this time life is different test is at a kiosk machine.
