Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. The trending is to post pictures from your YouTube Channel and the ones who haven't reached 500 subscribers.

We can also do it by posting it in our community and the ones who are already subscribed to your channel can see the post.

You can tag people and explain what your title of the post or pictures is if they have established a YouTube Channel.

Carmina decided to share to her subscribers how they can see what I have post in my community.

First you have to make sure you've subscribed to someone's channel than you can look at their channel look for POSTS.


Click Posts and everything I've shared is there just click each picture you would like to view.

To the ones who have a YouTube Channel can also teach you how to post simply go to POSTS.


Click Share an image to start a caption content can choose the following Image, Image Poll, Text Poll, Quiz or Video.

Example I had clicked Image to Post choose from your gallery on your phone or computer limit of five images.


Click Next and can also edit add description of your post.


It is like having a photo album for your YouTube Community or what people call YouTube Family.
